SHIPMENT carries out shipments in Italy through the Gls or Dhl express courier service. All goods sent by are carefully packed. The goods are accompanied by a receipt which shows the quantity and its value.

FREE INSURANCE guarantees free shipping for all shipments against theft and / or accidental damage. The insurance is valid until the time of delivery of the goods.


All orders regularly filled in and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments start from Club88.S.r.l. Bergamo (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Tuesday.


The shipment can be traced at any time by the Customer of, thanks to the service made available by the courier. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.


Delivery times are conditioned by the areas of destination of the products, delivery is indicatively expected within three days of shipment.

All shipments are made from Monday to Friday, orders received during the weekend and on holidays will be processed on the first working day following the order.


Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the packaging is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to will be deducted from the refund due to the customer or in case of cash on delivery through the legal debt collection office.

If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to at the expense of the customer. In this case, will take care of deducting this amount from any refund due to the customer.

RETURNS intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers by offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer within 7 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.


To send one or more returns to, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:

1 - All items on sale on the website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment via a disposable safety lanyard with the manufacturer's logo. The garment should be tested without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. In no case will returns accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.

2 - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

3 - The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the customer and must be properly packaged and packaged.

4 - All other garment labels, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

5 - The goods to be returned must be physically and uniquely delivered to the Express Courier by the customer chosen at his own expense no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.

6 - The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the website

7 - Underwear and swimwear should be tried on with your own underwear underneath.

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) Paypal credit (if the order was paid with Paypal) or bank transfer, the amount of the re-credit will be equal to the cost incurred by the customer for the returned product, any additional expenses for express / cash on delivery / international shipments will not be re-credited as extra services.
