Shipping policy

Tiffanybergamo.com ships to Italy through the Gls or Dhl express courier service. All merchandise shipped by Tiffanybergamo.com are carefully packed. The goods are accompanied by the receipt showing the quantity and its value.


Tiffanybergamo.com guarantees free insurance against theft and / or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance is valid until the time of delivery of the goods.


All orders duly completed and paid will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Club88.S.r.l. Bergamo (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Tuesday.


The shipment can be tracked at any time by the customer of Tiffanybergamo.com, thanks to the service made available by the courier. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier that will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.


Delivery times are conditioned by the areas of destination of the products, delivery is indicatively expected within three days of shipment.


Shipping costs are charged to the customer as indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Italy: Express Shipping 24 / 48h: € 6.50
  • Abroad: Foreign shipping starting from € 15

during the check-out phase it will be calculated based on the volume and the country of destination (the cost applied applies to 4 items of clothing or 3 pairs of Shoes) for a higher quantity the correct request will be sent.
All shipments are made from Monday to Friday, orders received during the weekend and on holidays will be processed on the first working day following the order.


Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to Tiffanybergamo.com, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses the delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Tiffanybergamo.com will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer or in the case of cash on delivery through the legal debt collection office.
If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Tiffanybergamo.com at the Customer's expense. In this case it will be the responsibility of Tiffanybergamo.com to deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.


Tiffanybergamo.com wishes to ensure a high level of customer service. Updates and information on the actual status of the order are possible at any time by sending an email to customer service.


Tiffanybergamo.com intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 7 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
